Look in the BDE settings:

Configuration --> System --> Formats:
Date:
FOURDIGITYEAR: TRUE
LEADINGZEROD: TRUE
LEADINGZEROM: TRUE
MODE: 1
SEPARATOR: /
YEARBIASED: TRUE

After that: save the configuration...
