Installing Paradox 7 in XP

Recently I thought I'd install my old Paradox 7 on my new XP computer to try
to repair some corruption. It came on 3.5" floppies. Running Setup from disk
1 brings up an error message of insufficient disk space, which of course is
nonsense - there's 47Gb free space.
Usually I use Delphi (7) programs and the BDE to manage my data files.
Can version 7 be installed in XP, and if so how?
