from where you have that information?

As i know i can do only one instance in XE, and i did that.

I did ora and turned it on ( before turned off XE) .In this instance i did
new database ora as i wrote before.

This database works fine as i said imp/exp works ok.

impdp/expdp don't

IIRC (and that would of course be documented) XE allows one and only
one database, and it MUST be named XE.
