Hi,
I created the Oracle 10g instance in Intel server. It has 4G memory
and has been installed 32-bit Versions of Windows Server 2003 standard
edition . However, Oracle can only recognize 2G memory when I have
add /PAE /3GB in boot.ini. Now, what can I do?

I think your boot.ini parameters are unsupported in Windows server
2003 standard edition.
You may not be able to use all the available memory on the box.http://support.microsoft.com/kb/291988

From the article that you referred to:
"For other applications, Microsoft supports using the /3GB switch in
Windows Server 2003, Standard Edition only in a production environment
if the application vendor has tested in this environment and if the
vendor is willing to support the customer who is using this
functionality."
/3GB works for MS W2K3 Server Standard Edition and Oracle (database
server) 10g R1 on 10.1.0.4, 10g R2 on 10.2.0.3. I don't remember
having to change the image since the 8.1.7.3.0 patchset (way, way
back).
/PAE is another matter which I am not sniping at in this post.

On our W2K3 Enterprise Edition server using /3GB parameter, we have
some oracle instances running properly on Oracle 9.2.0.8 and using
more than 2G memory.
We found the whole information in Metalink and Microsoft TechNet.
