I am a 100% ESRI ArcSDE user.I want to find people who are usingDon't forget to combine the power of Oracle Spatial with oracle
Oracle Spatial for their projects.
what is the big difference you find in using both Middlewares
G.
features
like Partitioning and Parallel Query (to make use of many cpus), Real
application Clusters (for performance, scalability and high
availability). The security stack inside the oracle database can lead
to
some interesting combinations also like Label controled access to
geographic data ;)
I've a doc comparing both arcsde and spatial, I'll look for it and
you.

Thanks Guys.
the reason I had asked the question is because,I am currently working
with one of my client as a Technical Manager. The client would like to
explore the chances for using Oracle Spatial instead of ArcSDE.I am
trying to convince myself for going this route.
I sense a mismatch here - or is it just the wording? It seems your
customer wants an unbiased examination between the alternatives while you
have set your mind already on Oracle Spatial. Did I miss something?
Kind regards
robert
