I tried configuring Toad and PL/SQL Developer by changing the settings
(including the default font to Arial Unicode MS) but wasn't successful.
The latest release candidates of PL/SQL Developer are supposed to support
Unicode in the SQL window. Don't know when it'll be released.
Need a solution urgently ...
Oh well, then, never mind.
Doesn't Oracle's SQL Developer handle Unicode? Being Java-based it ought to?
