There are some unubstantiated rumours that "pre beta" quality 11 stuff
may already be circulating.

They may only announce that 11 is not yet ready to beta, there may be
some hints about some of what will be included, who knows?

If the 11 life cycle is anything like 9 and 10, one might guess there
will be a 11.1 and eventually an 11.2.
