How should we run XP from Linux.

Hi,

I am using Linux with Oracle .
I heard that we can access the Windows XP desktop via Linux.
Someone tolld me that there is a technique available via which we can
click the icon of WindowsXP on linux screen and then can access the XP
desktop.
I am thankful if some one explian me this procedure that how should we
run XP from Linux.
