LDAP integration with Oracle 9i/10g

Hi,

I have a few Oracle 9i and 10g database that are all using local database user accounts. I'd like to start using our LDAP servers for single sign-on user authentication and possibly some profile management. I'm just wondering if anyone has recommendations on how to do this. I know that Oracle has some single-sign on capabilities from their application server through to OID, but I don't know of any integration directly with databases.

If you have a recommended methodology, I'd like to hear what you have to say.

Thanks,

- Greg.
