What is wrong with books?
The pl/sql books by Steven Feuerstein have generally been very well
received
Connor McDonald wrote a very well reviewed book
The Oracle Press books by Scott Urman (sp?) have also generally been
given a good review
I do not know of any CD or DVD based courses that I can recommend.
But books are much better for looking up something your remember can be
done when you do not remember the details of how it is done.
