Provide thought leadership in are area of Systems Engineering -
Enterprise Data Architecture. Responsible for developing, reviewing,
communicating enterprise information and data frameworks and models,
common data objects, assisting in convergence & rationalization
planning. The work involves a great deal of communication and
initiative, ensuring collaboration across the Systems Engineering -
Strategy and Architecture streams (Application, Data, Identity
Management, Technology, Strategy) and AIM-D and ADS teams.


Specific Skills
· Deep experience in data modeling, tools (ERWin, Designer, System
Architect etc)
· Experience in modeling common data frameworks, and common data
objects for enterprise usage
· Experience in Information/Data lifecycle, Management,
Administration, Governance
· Deep experience in one or more Enterprise level subject area
(Master Data Management/Enterprise Data Modeling) for Customer, Dealer,
Supplier, Product/Parts (Automotive or Manufacturing), Enterprise /
Organization structures
· Experience in at least one major Enterprise Information / Data
model definition
· Experience in BI/DW initiatives
· Experience in Data Quality, Quality Analysis methods, techniques
and tools
· Supervisory/leadership experience.
· Automotive OEM background or relevant alternate domain experience
· Likely 15+ years total IT/computer experience with 7-8+ years as an
Information/Enterprise Data modeler.

recommend architecture directions in Portal area.
Provide framework and assist in product selections. Review/Help
coordinate/leverage various ongoing Portal projects and create the
framework for Portal implementation as a global standard.
Ensure the integration with other areas such as Identity and access
management, content management and overall SOA initiatives.

Position description: Resources will be expected to develop technical
designs for Tibco-based interfaces between Oracle RMS and AS400-based
systems.


Required skills: Resources should have 3+ years of Tibco experience at
a minimum. Required skills/experience - General design and development
skills for message based integration (i.e. General EAI skills);
Experience in designing the message-based interfaces based on Tibco
Business Works 5.3 Experience in development of the message-based
interfaces using Tibco Business Works 5.3
Nice to have skills: Experience in design/development of integration
for Retail Industry (a plus) Experience in integrating Retek
applications with Legacy and Contemporary applications (a plus). AS/400
experience
