Description
Responsible for designing data models (reporting system, not
transactional) for Business Intelligence requirements. Work with the
clients in gathering and analyzing requirements, designing the
reporting database, developing ETL specs, work with Oracle developers
and DBAs to implement the model, ct as design and data expert for the
project duration an work with clients during testing.

Core Requirements
· 2+ years data modeling experience
· At least 1 complete life-cycle implementation experience in a BI/DW
environment
· Knowledge of relational and multidimensional modeling methodologies
· Experience with modeling tools such as Erwin or ER Studio
· Experience creating ETL specifications
· Proficiency in Oracle
· Good knowledge of SQL and understanding of PL/SQL
· Experience working with clients/end users in the requirements and
testing phase
· ETL - Prefer Oracle Warehouse Builder
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Within reasonable commuting distance to NY City

Preferred
· Exposure to or experience with Business Objects or similar (e.g.,
Actuate, Hyperion Reports, Hyperion Analyzer)
· MDD design experience
· Knowledge of OO design tools such as Rational Rose
