Anyone bundle sql server 2005 express with your package?

I noticed while installing sql server 2008 express. At early stage in
the process, it has a System Configuration Checker (SCC), which is
really nice, I'm wondering if the SCC is a standalone utility, so that
anyone can run it to do a quick check first prior to installing sql
server 2005 express to avoid possible installation failure
frustration. Searching for SCC.* under the extracted sql server 2005
express setup directory and its subdirectories to no avail.

Would appreciate your thoughts.
