I agree with Roy that the microsoft.public.sqlserver.* hierarchy is much more active. You will also find that more MVPs and Microsoft folks participate there. Also, registered MSDN subscribers are guaranteed a response within 2 business days as part of their MSDN benefits (http://msdn.microsoft.com/newsgroups/).
