SQL Server 2005 SP1 install

I installed SQL's SP1 (KB913090) last night on my sql server 2005
enterprise x64 box, but when I check out windows updates on the web, it
wants me to download SP1 and install.
Next, I ran the SP1 I had downloaded a couple of months ago, and it
wants to patch again. I would think it would say its already installed
and I dont need to install again.
I then tried SELECT @@VERSION and it returns:
Microsoft SQL Server 2005 - 9.00.2040.00 (X64) Mar 13 2006 11:37:12
Copyright (c) 1988-2005 Microsoft Corporation Enterprise Edition
(64-bit) on Windows NT 5.2 (Build 3790: Service Pack 1)
I assume Build 3790: Service Pack 1 is for the O/S.
Does 9.00.2040.00 indicate that I have installed SP1 for sql?
TIA
Rob
