sufficient user permissions for install error

Newbie question
I am trying to instal ms-sql 2k5 express and I receive an error for
MSSQL Browser, MSSQL AD Helper, MSSQL Server,
TITLE: Microsoft SQL Server 2005 SetupMSSQLServerADHelper for user reese. To proceed, verify that the

SQL Server Setup failed to modify security permissions on service
account and domain running SQL Server Setup exist, that the account
running SQL Server Setup has administrator privileges, and that

My computer only has 1 account and it is set up in the administratror
group. There is no info in the above link to Microsoft.
