MSAccess to Web App

I have an application written in Access97; it's full featured and
works fine for now. However, I think that the future of the
application is going to be as a web application, and am looking for
the "best" path for accomplishing that. I was hoping to get some
thoughts on possible paths to that goal.

One thing I'm considering is porting the application to the .Net
environment in some way. I'm not sure if that's entirely possible
with Access97 or if I'd have to upgrade to a more recent version of
Access first.

Another possibility would be to keep the database design and business
logic, and basically start over. But, I'd lose all of that VBA code
that works just fine at this point.

Any thoughts you might have would sure be appreciated.

Thanks.

Ron
