Check the most common mistake first. That is leaving 'Admin' as the
owner of the database. Owners of objects have "rights" even if they have
zero "permissions".
If that is not it I suggest getting one of the very explicit step by step
guides people have made available on the web and starting over. Keith
Wilby provided a link to his site that has one in his response to your
post.
