Hi Kelii,
Good idea. I used your advice to make a 'Calendar' table with
CalDate, CalDay, CalWeek, and CalNotes. This was necessary anyway
because I didn't want to use the default week and day numbers--instead
of starting in January, I started numbering from the first day of
school in August. Weeknum and other date functions with some manual -
and +s in Excel came in handy. The CalNotes will contain "no school,"
"spring break," etc. and will be concatenated in CalDay headings in my
weekly crosstab queries. And, I'm going to give users the ability to
edit the CalNotes field. We'll have to revise this table yearly.
