not sure if this should be considered security question or not
We have an access 2003 database on the main server that 8 people in
the group can log into. Ok I can have it log the name of the machine
that they log in from but not the user name logged into that machine.
There is no type of security on the database.
I need to filter the records based on the user name so they only see
their records. Should I put a password in the database and filter on
the password when they log into the database?
How should I set this up so they open the database and only see their
records?
thanks for any help ideas and/or links
hey its almost time for some labor day work..
