app that is in production use in many sites around the world. I am
investigating code that will allow the app to accurately determine the
number of users at runtime. We do have some code that does this
without using MSLDBUSR.DLL. However MSLDBUSR.DLL seems to be popular
in this group, so I thought it would be worth a look.
