Can't find wizard

Hi

I found many many posts about this problem (Access 2002) - no
solutions so far.

Problem is when trying to link/import I get error msg to check wizards
are installed and registry is ok.
Other wizards work, importing/linking tables from other mdbs work. But
not text files, excel files etc etc.
Link table manager doesn't work either - same msg.

THIS WAS WORKING before, since I've installed nothing EXCEPT windows
updates.

I checked the registry for ACCWIZ.DLL everything was correct,
deregistered and registered it again.
I deleted ACWZTOOL.MDE and did a repair which re-created it
Re-installed Access 2002 after uninstalling it
Have the correct version of Jet4.0 dll
Correctly registered DAO360.dll
In desperation tried decompile (silly )

Its obviously to do with PC setup of Access as same DB on another
machine works fine..

This is very frustrating as the whole MDB is 99% linked tables..

I'm getting around it by linking them using vba code. But still this
is making everything I do take much much longer, and I will be stuck
when I have to create a data definition format for a new type of
file...

"MS Access can't find the wizard. The wizard you need may be missing
from the
library keys of the MS Access section of the Windows Registry. To make sure
that the wizard is in the Windows Registry, run setup to reinstall MS Access
then compile all VB modules in the database"
