Re: Can't re-install access

Tried removal from the control panel. I walked into this job after
someone else had already tried to fix problem. I found no entry in the
Add/Remove programs module for Access. Access was installed as a
seperate module from Office as well. I tried your suggestion of the
Office removal tool from microsoft - it looks like a great resource,
but when run on a system with Access installed seperastely from
office, it doesn't show up as an available option to remove. Any other
ideas?

Microsoft has a tool to further remove any reference to Office. Try
search.microsoft.com.

Copying files around will NOT work.

I am trying to re-install access after a user deleted the folder.
After entering the key the prohram verifies the install is going to
the c\program files\outlook directory and that there is enough space
on the hard drive. Next a window pops up saying that there is not
enough room on my E drive (cd-rom drive) to perform the install. I
have tried to remove the program and then have tried to clean the
registry. I even tried to install the program on another computer and
then copy the folder. Where should I look next?- Hide quoted text -
