Hi.

I wonder how can I start making money with three beta version of
three databases applications. Can I charge people a low price and then
when
out of beta raise the price?

Generally, no. A beta version means it's buggy, not well tested, and all
the features may not even be available. Few folks are willing to pay to
test someone else's buggy software that's not yet ready for distribution,
even if it is a very reasonable price. Ensure your software is ready for
commercial distribution _before_ you try to charge money for it.

Is Microsoft Access worth the time or should I just forget about desktop
app
and switch to web based?

You should analyze the market you want to sell to before you design and
write the software. Otherwise, you may quickly find that there's no market
for your software application, and you wasted your time and effort. You may
have huge competition with freeware applications for the same nitch you're
trying to sell your application in. Why would customers buy untested beta
software from you when they can download free software that does the same
thing and has been tested for years on multiple platforms in multiple
configurations? Answer: they wouldn't.

Is there still a job interest in people to buy desktop?

It depends upon the application. Some applications work better as rich
desktop applications, while others work better on thin clients connected to
the Internet. You need to determine this before designing the software
application, because different platforms use totally different design
paradigms and software development tools -- and programming languages.
