I don't know about NZ, but in the US you have to buy this list (even
from the postal service!). It took me about 3 weeks to find the info
online, convert it into something I could import, and scrub the data,
and I think it's almost 10 years old which means some of it isn't even
accurate anymore.
I know that doesn't help, but at least it tells you what it takes to
get the same data from another country.
