There's none. This JPEG library was released by Intel for basically free and
then later discontinued.

Hello everybody,

I want to use Stephan Leban's exporting utility in house for a few
people around the office and am wondering what the royalties/liscensing
fee is to use in house because of the Intel's DLL's.
