I have a series of macros that send various queries as xls
files to clients. The scheduling of the sending is done by
calling the macro from the Windows Task Scheduler

All work great, except sending a pivot table.
I've tried to send via every format available, and I cannot
get Access to send the format as it is displayed on the
screen..I just get an xls file of the raw data, not the
pivoted data

Is there a way to do this please?
Thanks
Jerry

Transfer the raw data, then convert to a pivot table in Excel.

Alternative: see if a Crosstab query will do what you want, and
export that instead.
