Printing multiple page forms/reports

I have a form with two control tabs, pages 1 and 2. I can print
preview each page separately but I cannot print both pages with a Print
command. I can only get one page, the first page. This is true even
if I convert it to a report format. Is there a way to print both
pages with a simple command?
