event in access

hi ,every one

first problem

i have create a database file that work fine on access 2003 on window
xp but i have format my pc after that i begin to face my problem i have
installed antivirus 2006 and reinstall access 2003 on my winows
the suprize was that when i click the command button that is in the
main i have a message said the openform action was canceled and when i
try to open it from database window it opens but have a message either
error in open event or change event or activate event
such as
"The expression On Open you entered as the event property produced the
following error: A problem occurred while Microsoft Office Access was
communicating with the OLE server or ActiveX

i have checked the reference and i have disable the antivirus also i
update the access specially the visual basic for application
i m wondering what is the problem since it work fine with other
computer and those message doesnt appear.

if i unistall the antivirus then reinstall the office and then back to
install anti does it help or just its a bad idea.

second problem
i also have other databasefile that have a code that used in two modal
forms it worked in both fine but in one worked better than the other
in the second form it pass the if statement (which check if we in
begging of financal year it restart numbering)
check refrernce check datatype check reserve word all those
if the forms were modal does it effect the executing of the code

please help me im waiting for you advice in those problem .im
interested in first problem more than the second one.
