It's a form of call centre. It takes a few minutes to fill in a record
after a call has finished, but if another call comes in they find it
easier to open another instance to deal with that call.
They sometimes used to have 3 or more instances open as well as
Outlook, Photoshop etc and would then moan at me when their machines
kept crashing. I used to wonder how I could restrict them to 2
instances but never solved it. Now under XP and 2003 I have the
solution !!
