Blue Gene/L is reputed to be the world's fastest super computer. My
statement reflects my concern that running fifteen concurrent instances
of Access and one of MS-SQL Server on one machine may be very
demanding. Might it be cheaper/faster to buy 15 Access licenses so that
each user can use his/her own client machine. I can see that this is
off-topic as it seems you have already decided your course, so just
ignore it.
