date query

Hi
i have a table that contains a number of fields
task : text
create date : short date
revision date :short date
every 90 days i need to review the record(make sure conditions still
apply)
i need to keep a history of all previous records
so i could end up with 4 records with the same task and creation date
but different revision dates
What i want to do is create a query that returns the lastest (record)
revision date + 90(days) if that date is bigger than present date
