Newbie help.



I am new to access so please bear with me.

I have two tables.
Table #1 has "part #", "description", and "price".
Table #2 has "assembly #", "description", "Part #1" (picked from table 1),
"Part #2" (picked from table 1), "Part #3" (picked from table 1), "Part #4"
(picked from table 1).

I want to sum up the cost of an assembly and am completely stumped. I can't
seem to connect "Part #x" with "price". I would be forever grateful and
would consider naming a child after the person that can solve this very
simple problem for me.
