backend corrupt
I have an Access database. There are about 6 frontends connecting to
the backend. The frontends are developed in 2000 but run on Access
2002. The backend is an Access 2000 backend. Once a week I get a
problem where one user tries to log in while other users are connected
and they get a "Database is corrupt" message although the others are
able to use the database ok. I have to tell everyone to disconnect and
I repair it before they can go back in. Every time this happens there
are one or 2 records that are corrupted after the repair. I've
developed other Access databases and never got this problem. Any ideas
of why it is corrupting?
