Display one to many records in a mail merge

Hi,

I have a mailmerge setup from my database. The database records Police
Cases, the incidents that make up each case and the perpetrators
involved in each incident.

tblCase 1->M tblIncident 1->M tblPerpetrator

I have a Case form with a unique reference on it and a subform (made up
with page tabs) that enables users to enter multiple incidents for that
case (Incident Page 1, Incident Page 2 and Perpetrator).

On the Perpetrator form there is a button to create a first warning
letter to be sent to the perpetrator. I have the merge working whereby
It will create a seperate letter for each Incident but I have been
asked to change it so that it shows one letter showing all incidents,
for example;

Perp Name
Perp Address


Incident Date Incident Location Incident Description
10/8/05 Here Violent Behaviour
11/8/05 There Abusive Language
12/8/05 Somewhere Damage To Property

Can someone please point me in the right direction or is this not
possible.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
