Without getting into a food fight about what UAC is supposed to
accomplish anyway, turning the whole thing off is probably not going to
be palatable to everyone, nor always easy to get consent for.

A more delicate option might be to go into Local Security Policy and
relax the behaviour for Administrators so that instead of prompting, the
session is automatically elevated as required. I don't remember
precisely how to do that and I can't be bothered to look it up, but I am
sure Google will quickly find the instructions for you. :-)

Of course there are other operating systems...
