I personally look at page sizes as rules of thumb rather than blanket
generalizations, and then make the appropriate decisions based on your
specific environment.

Which reminds me, iitables.tups_per_page seems wrong (in 9.1.0
(int.w32/119)). For instance if you have a table with just a CHAR(1) NOT
NULL column using 2kb pages, the reported value of tups_per_page is 670
(>>2**9).

PS: No smart-alec comments about the logical maximum number of key values in
that table. This is SQL. Anything goes.
