to run Fedora Core 5. While trying to install the license for Ingres,
we get a message stating that there is a missing dependency... the
license. This is the first thing we install on the box afer the OS and
we are Root on the system. The location we unpack the files to is
/home/ingres. Does anyone have any ideas how to correct this or tell
me what I am doing wrong? Thanks


There should be a file called "ingres-LICENSE" which you run. It gets
you to read and accept the license and creates the necessary
dependency:

../ingres-LICENSE
