Of course it'd probably have to use MySql as the Wiki backend database
server so that's probably not a good advertisment for Ingres.

Short of setting up your own server in a co-location facility I doubt
you have much option on the MySQL front. I would be prepared to take the
content "as-is" and setup a wiki to migrate and expand on the resource.
