I tried that too ... it complained about 'too many parameters'

MOON::INGRES$run iizic -d II_SYSTEM:[ingres.files.zoneinfo] gb.tz
%DCL-W-MAXPARM, too many parameters - reenter command with fewer
parameters

I had set def II_SYSTEM:[ingres.utility]
