If you have a business opportunity that needs a feasibility study that
can't
be done under those restrictions, try asking IBM if they can provide you
with a differently licensed evaluation copy. If it makes business sense,
they might just do it.

Approaching IBM with a request to do something - anything - out of the
ordinary invariably allows IBM to show its flexibility, responsiveness and
"empowerment" to its full, frightening extent.
