Two questions that come to my mind are:
1) Do you mean MSSQL 2005 to MSSQL 2005 replication?
2) Do you mean Informix to MSSQL 2005 replication?
If you answered yes to the first question then this is the wrong forum to be asking this question.

If you answered yes to the second question then the answer to your question is yes. We are using a product from Lakeview Technology called Replicate1 to replication bi-directionally between IDS 10 and MSSQL 2005 and it works great.
