Informix Restore on Tru64

Hi ,
I try to restore the informix database, i am getting the below error
message.

Manager.

the database server: Error opening file
/informix/LGX/sapdata/physdev3/data3.
errno=2.
2006-05-26 12:23:30 4344 4342 WARNING: Skipped backup/restore of
space 'rootdbs'.
2006-05-26 12:23:35 4344 4342 ERROR: Unable to start the physical
restore: Archive API error: already open.
2006-05-26 12:23:40 4344 4342 Due to the previous error, logical
restore will not be attempted.
2006-05-26 12:23:40 4344 4342 /informix/AGT/bin/onbar_d: process exit
131 (0x83)

Any idea why.
