Technically, probably yes - but if you'd asked about FC7 instead, the
answer would probably be no. That is, 32-bit software works forward
better than 64-bit software. However, you shouldn't be doing that as
other than a transitional step to upgrade to 10.00 (or 9.40 at a
pinch).
