Go to www.filemaker.com, support, knowledge base

Search for the text "new features", and in the "Select a Product" menu,
choose FileMaker Pro to reduce the search scope.

You can also pick versions 10.x, 9.x, 8.x, 7.x or "all earlier
versions". With these choices I was easily able to locate the following
documents (but nothing for 4.x or earlier):
