HI,
We have about 100000 records! Exporting and importing might not be
efficient?
Thanks!

We are using Filemaker 8. We get a lot of blank records that get

Will an upgrade to FM 10 fix this issue? I did recover the database in
FM 8 but that has not fixed the issue. Will an upgrade to 10 and then
a recover in 10 fix the issue? How do I know if the data is corrupt or
if the database is corrupt?
I guess it would not fix it. Export the records to a backup format, such
as mail merge. Create an empty clone, import all from the exported data.
You might clear all empty records from the export itself, using e.g.
textedit or vim by a simple search/replace operation. But you could to
this after an import as well, finding empty records and deleting them.
