Did you by any chance installed a firewall, or changed an existing one, or
change some settings?
The SeQueLink errormessage discription says this:
3005 Cause: An invalid parameter position was encountered.
Action: Parameter numbers are ordered sequentially left to right starting
from 1.
Which is not very helpfull to me.

You can read from others that have had the same error. Like on:

And try a good search engine to look for solutions.

Hi, we've been using ODBC sharing on FM 8 Server Advanced, and it
worked for quite a long time.
However, a while ago it just stopped working. Nobody's listening on
port 2399 anymore (so obviously all connections are refused), and
every time I (re)start the FM service, I get 5 error messages from
SequeLink in the Application event log:
The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( SequeLink ) cannot be
found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry
information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote
computer. The following information is part of the
event: ,ErrorCode=3005,ErrorMessage=main.swmain.421.No message found
