Sorry, that's a hiccup I hadn't seen.
By replacing *-* with /l or /p, it simply moves the last " down to the
next line. D'oh!
Instead, replace *-*" with "/l or "/p (Note the single " are important
in both the Find and Replace options). This will put a new " on the end
to complete the field, and THEN insert the line / paragraph break to
complete the record.
Another problem you may run into is completely blank records in the
final export file after post-processing in Word. The easiest way to get
rid of these is to do another Find for double returns and Replace them
with a single one.
eg.
Find /p/p Replace with /p
You may need to run this two or three times to get rid of them all,
depending on how many blank 'sub-records' there are in your original
FileMaker database. It also means you may have to use /p instead of /l.
