Sequelink errors on FMSA 8

Hi, we've been using ODBC sharing on FM 8 Server Advanced, and it
worked for quite a long time.
However, a while ago it just stopped working. Nobody's listening on
port 2399 anymore (so obviously all connections are refused), and
every time I (re)start the FM service, I get 5 error messages from
SequeLink in the Application event log:

Does anybody have an idea how to fix this problem?
