Hi Harry
I have worked it out now. As you say you have to select more and then
Special and replace *-* with manual line break. The symbol for it
shows as /|.

To Remi-Noel Menegaux
Now that I have worked out how to do it - it doesn't seem to matter
whether the document is saved as a text file or a Microsoft Word
document when you apply the formatting. It still keeps the formatting
when you save it as a text file and open it up in Notepad.
